Hanees holds a Bachelor of Education majoring in Special Needs Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education from SEGi University. She is currently taking on the role as a Special Needs Educator at WeShine, where she is passionate about creating meaningful and inclusive learning experiences for children with diverse needs.

She has previous experience working in kindergartens and inclusive educational settings, including Montessori and playschool environments. Through these experiences, Hanees has worked with individuals as young as 2 years old up to teenagers with various special needs and developmental conditions. Her exposure to different learning settings has strengthened her ability to adapt her teaching approaches according to each child’s unique strengths and needs.

Hanees is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and also has intermediate proficiency in Malaysian Sign Language (BIM). She strongly believes in continuous learning and is always open to exploring new strategies and approaches to make learning more accessible, engaging, and meaningful for her students.
