
Pavitra Ganeswaran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Autism Studies from the University of Kent. She is currently a Senior Special Needs Educator at WeShine Child Developmental Center, where she provides individualized guidance and intervention to help children with diverse developmental and learning needs progress at their own pace.
Pavitra began her journey in the special needs field at a private Special Needs Centre, where she gained extensive exposure and training in Early Intervention Programmes (EIP) and various childhood developmental conditions. Throughout her four years of experience, she has developed skills in designing and implementing Individualised Educational Plans (IEPs), tailoring intervention goals and learning strategies according to each child’s unique strengths, needs, and developmental level. She is also experienced in ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of individualized programmes to support children’s progress.
She adopts a structured yet nurturing approach when working with children, providing consistency, encouragement, and individualized support to promote confidence, independence, and meaningful participation. She believes that every child learns differently and that meaningful progress can be achieved through individualized support, collaboration with families, and consistent evidence-based intervention.
With experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and learning difficulties, Pavitra is committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. She believes in the importance of individualized education and collaboration with families and professionals to help each child develop their abilities and reach their fullest potential.
